About Us

Founded in 2024, Palouse Mobile IV is a unique small business. Woman-owned, we are a father and daughter team working together to bring safe and therapeutic intravenous infusions to the Palouse region; a small area in North Idaho that includes Moscow, Idaho, and the surrounding rolling hills area.

WHO WE ARE

Bess Blakey, RN BSN

Bess graduated from Lewis Clark Nursing School with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2007. When her own pregnancies plagued her with morning sickness, she imagined a world where at-home IV therapy infusions existed. Always interested in the well-being of others, she is excited to help and serve others, while pointing them to the best healing practices. She has a wide range of interests, including art, music, jewelry making, fermented foods, camping, snowboarding, and her faith. Bess loves the flexibility that this business provides, allowing her to spend time with her husband, Bryan, and helping their four daughters with homework, cheering at their sporting events, and teaching them about the important things in life.

Gregory Botkin, MD

Dr. Botkin has been a physician for many years, with experience in a wide range of medicine, including emergency, family practice, and long term care. He has served as Medical Director for many departments at Boundary Community Hospital, and his staff would agree that he is the ideal combination of brilliant and compassionate. He is passionate about helping people pursue real health, and has a healthy skepticism of the pharmaceutical industry.

Dr. Botkin loves the beauty of the Inland Northwest, and enjoys exploring the wildest parts of the terrain. He loves to learn, often brushing up on foreign language, history, philosophy, and music.

OUR MISSION

We want to help you obtain the best health possible through IV therapy. Whether you're recovering from an intense athletic event, fighting off a nasty virus, or battling morning sickness, we want to be there to help.

We are especially excited to offer our services to children 10 and older, as well as pregnant women struggling with morning sickness.

We want our care to be affordable.

When money is tight and inflation is at an all-time high, we know services like these can be expensive. That is why we offer competitive pricing, as well as a variety of discounts.

We want our IVs to be safe.

We compound our IVs using the highest standards. Our ISO Class 5 Hood ensures the safest preparation possible.

All of our IVs are free of micropastics. Our IV bags, tubing, and angiocaths are all PVC-free and DEHP-free. We believe microplastics are harmful to the human body, and it is our commitment to first do no harm.
